What Can I View on the Hub's Home Page?

Required permissions:
No special permission is required to access your personal Home page.
Only those with system Manager permissions can view the Command Center and Productivity tabs on their Home page.
Your Home page is where you can get an overview into your performance and quickly access key tools like the AI agent and Skills. This article outlines what appear on an employee and a manager's Home page.
What Can an Employee View on Their Home Page?
AI agent: A chat bar where you can ask the Ambition agent any question about your or your team's performance.
Skills: Access to all Skills which you have created or which have been shared with you.
Favorites: Any pages which you have Favorited.
Scorecard: Your Activity and Objective Scorecards.
Coaching: Your Coaching Timeline, including open and previous Sessions, Action Items, Notes, and Coaching Analytics.
Metrics: Access to your attainment for any Metric tracked in Ambition.
Goals: Check your attainment for active and previous goals that were created for you.
Competitions: Review your performance in active and former Competitions where you were a participant.
Accolades: Review any Accolades that you've been awarded.
What Can a Manager View on Their Home Page?
In addition to the items mentioned above, managers will see the following items on their Home pages:
Command Center: Key tasks and metric attainment for your team, including:
Tasks Due, such as Sessions that need approval
North Star Objective Metric for your team
Highest Performing Activity Metric for your team
Lowest Performing Activity Metric for your team
AI-generated Insights about your team
Productivity: A quadrant that tracks your reports' productivity based on input and output.
