Where Do the Skills on My Homepage Come From?

This article explains what the Skills shown on your homepage are, where they come from, and how to manage which ones appear.
Required permissions:
No special permissions are required to access the Skills in the AI agent chat window.
Required features:
The Ambition AI agent must be enabled for Skills to appear on your Homepage.
What Are Skills?
The Skills shown on your Homepage are saved AI prompts you can run with a single click.
These appear as cards in the AI agent chat window and give you quick access to the AI queries you use most.
Your Homepage shows the first few from your Skills list; click All Skills to see everything available to you.
Where Do Skills Come From?
The Skills available to you are a combination of three sources:

Ambition Built-In Skills | Pre-built by Ambition and available to all users. Examples include Pipeline Insights, Coaching Prep, Goal Insights, and Last Week's Low Performers. |
Company Skills | Created by your organization's Admins and shared with users. These reflect your company's specific workflows and reporting needs. |
Your personal Skills | Skills you have created for yourself in the Agent tab. |
Why Are Skills Presented in a Certain Order?
The order in which Skills appear on your Homepage and in the AI agent chat window is determined by the order set in the Skills section of the Agent tab in Hub. You can go there to reorder your personal Skills.
Who Can Create and Share Skills?
Managers and employees can create Skills for their own use but cannot share them directly. Sharing requires an administrator to do it on their behalf.
Administrators can see all Skills created in the organization and can share any Skill with others, including Skills created by managers or employees.
This means a Manager or Rep who builds a useful Skill can ask an Admin to share it with the wider team.
If an important Skill is missing, ask your administrator to create that Skill and share it with you.
